Who are they?
Photographer Nick Macdonald grew up between the Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean in Auckland, New Zealand. Surrounded by beautiful beaches, the water has held an intrinsic value to his upbringing.  

During a high school photography project, his love for capturing images of the coast first began. Since then he developed his photography skills and honed his photography style.

Why do we love them so much? 
Nick's pictures transport you to a moment where you feel the sea breeze and taste the salty air. At SunShipped we're always looking for items that fill our lives, wardrobes and homes with sun and Nick's images do just that!
